We collect your email address when you request a free report, use the Trend Checker, or subscribe to a plan. We also store the queried niche, language, user agent and referrer to improve our reports.

We use your email to send you trend reports, occasional alerts and subscription-related communications. We do not sell or share your email with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure infrastructure from our backend provider (Lovable Cloud). We apply restricted access and row-level security policies to limit who can read each record.

4. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing rafael@trendstack.app.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page.
