1. Service

TrendStack provides TikTok trend analysis reports based on publicly available data collected automatically. Reports include hashtags, sounds, formats, featured creators and, on higher-tier plans, scripts and predictions.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew monthly via PayPal. You may cancel before the next renewal. Refunds are not issued for periods already consumed unless required by applicable law.

3. Limitation of liability

TrendStack provides trend analysis and insights, not guarantees of specific results. Performance depends on your niche, content, execution and external factors outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TrendStack for illegal activities, spam, impersonation or bulk extraction of data from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
